Returns

At Powerhouse Solutions, we specialise in refurbished Panasonic VHS/DVD Recorder Combis. Every unit is thoroughly tested, serviced, cleaned, and inspected before dispatch to ensure it is fully functional and accurately described.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• Include all accessories supplied with the order, including remote controls, cables, manuals, and packaging where applicable.
• Not have been tampered with, modified, repaired, or damaged after delivery.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions for your order.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may experience delays in processing or may not be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged Items

All refurbished units are fully tested before dispatch. However, if your recorder arrives damaged, develops a fault, or is not functioning as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law, which may include:

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
